The skylight leaked right after installation and was successfully repaired by replacing the skylight.   The Log Home   Built in 1986 1770 sf Approved and permitted as a Boarding House with septic rated for 8 persons Solid log construction with composition roof Heated by a propane stove in the keeping room and free standing electric heaters in the other areas.  The electric “cadet” heaters are currently disconnected but functional. Each of 2 downstairs bedrooms, currently hostel “dorm” rooms, has a ¾ bath.  These baths have a sink open to the room and the toilet and shower each have a private enclosure. The “Cloud Room”, with a private ¾ bathroom, is accessible through the upper loft or via the deck stairs. The kitchen includes a range/oven and refrigerator. The double pane windows were installed in 1996
